66 Happy Days……

I’m 2 thirds of the way through my 100 Happy Days adventure.

It’s been interesting, some days it’s been easy to find something that makes me happy, others it’s been more of a struggle to cut through a fog of stress and and remember there are lovely things in the world.

I find myself looking around each day for things that make me happy, rather than focusing on the negative, which can only be a good thing.
