Yes, I am making that now officially a thing as I sign off for Christmas!

Have a fabulous Christmas, sod diets and only do exercise if it’s fun, it’s only one day!And yes, I did enlist the help of my husband in turning my Roller Derby helmet into a Christmas pudding. Why on earth would I not?
