DAY SEVENTEEN: £50 to spend at Collectif

Hello and welcome to day seventeen of the Advent Giveaway!

Behind todays door is an awesome treat from Collectif to treat yourself to something new next year to ward off the January blues!

I’ve been following Collectif for a long time, and I have to say that over the last few years they seem to have really hit the mark with their collections. They have authentic vintage style, but with a bit of a rockabilly twist and really keep up with a few awesome quirky items like the Roller Derby College cardigan I wore recently.

If you want to be in with a chance of winning £50 to spend at Collectif in the New Year then you’ve got 3 entry options. You can follow Collectif London on Twitter, pop over to their website and leave a comment telling me what you would spend your £50 on, or as a bonus Retro Chick follower option, you can follow me on Instagram to make sure you’re up to date with photos of my lunch!

I love the ‘Dolores Cherry Polka Dot Print top’. Don’t know if you watch it but the clothing reminds me of the wardrobe of the character called ‘Julie’ on Coronation Street.

Difficult choice, whether to choose something occasional to wear like the fishtail dress or everyday like the cherry Cardigan and how glamorous would I feel in the Pearl coat! how would a girl be able to decide on just one thing?

I’m caught between my search for the perfect circle skirt and the perfect pencil skirt, so I’m looking for shape in basic colours. I would go for the Alison Swing Skirt or the Kathryn Pencil Dress.

The Lisa Blackwatch Check Pencil Dress would be perfect for my 15 year old daughter who is rocking the vintage look and loves tartan too.

Hmm actually quite difficult to choose!! I absolutely adore collectif. I’d be stuck between keeping in the £50 margin for the ‘Liesel Circle Skirt’ (I really need a good black skirt!). Or going over that £50 for the ‘Vivienne Lace Swing Dress’ (beautiful, & something I’ve been drooling over for a while). Or both 😉

Oooh, I would like to be entered for this one. I need new tops, so I’d probably put the £50 towards a couple of Freddies in different colours.

I like the Debbie Patent Cherry bag, and the Lilly Floral bag… and pretty much all the dresses, especially the Dolores shape. Oh dear, I feel shopping coming on!

I’ve been eyeing up the Regina Doll Polka Flock Print Dress for quite some time. I love the velvety polka dots, so adorable!

I love soooo many of their clothes and accessories, it’s hard to narrow it down but, at the moment, for the time of year, I especially love the Cynthia Blackwatch Check Doll Dress. Gorgeous! xxx

It’s so difficult to just choose one piece – Collectif are simply amazing. I have always wanted the Dietrich swing coat in beige – which I see is now in the sale for below £50! Shame it’s only in a size 6 🙁 If I had £50 to spend, I think I would either go for the Felicity Fur collar jumper…or the Chrissie Fair Isle Jumper…or the Alison swing skit…argh it’s too hard!

I love all their party wear at the moment, it’s all so gorgeous. I’ve had my eye one one of their Peal coats for a while though so I’d maybe put the money towards that.

I’ve been after the Gretel Gingham Swing Dress for ages. I have loads of collectif dresses, such lovely styles and quality!

My favourite piece is the Phyllis doll dress. I think it would probably be quite flattering and skim over my lumpy bits!

My standby dress for making me feel glamorous is the Dolores – black for dressing up with a cardigan or shrug, doll for when I feel feminine and girly – love the cherries they do too!

  17. Oh my gosh, I’m so in love with the Annabelle Princess Coat in green. <3 If I owned that I would just swish along in a little dreamworld down the street imagining I was Belle from the snowy scene in Beauty and the Beast. :')

Choose just one favourite?! SO hard! I’m completely in love with the green Pearl Coat – I can just picture myself wandering through a fairy light lit wood with a sprinkling of snow on the ground in it 🙂

  19. says: Poppy

I love this store! So hard to pick! I suppose either the Ingrid fishtail dress or the Lisa blackwatch checked pencil dress

I love the Dolores Doll Classic Cotton in red. I love the shape of the dress and red is my favourite colour.
