It’s way early to be talking too much about Christmas yet.
Give it a week at least, right? But Advent Calendars aren’t technically Christmas, you need to be prepared for the 1st December with those, so this post is absolutely fine.
Totally.
Every year I write one of these in the hope that someone will surprise me with an amazing Advent Calendar, and every year I open a chocolate one from the 99p shop, well, apart from the year that I had a Star Wars Lego one and I couldn’t figure out how to put any of the figures together and got annoyed. Honestly, I’m not even crafty enough for Lego.
So, Advent Calendars for 2015 that are perfectly fine for Grown Ups.
The Beauty Ones
Years ago it was just the Ciate Mini Mani advent calendar. Now every brand ever advent calendars stuffed with sample size goodies. I really want one of these (hint)
Ciate Mini Mani Month Advent Calendar 2015 £49
A whole month of nail polishes and treats!
Selfridges Beauty Workshop Calendar £60
24 beauty treats from a variety of brands, apparently worth £226. Bargain!
Ok, so it’s a little (a lot) pricy, but it’s filled with Diptyque fragrances, creams and candles, so at least you’ll smell nice while you’re eating your Christmas dinner of baked beans on toast.
No 7 25 Days of Beauty Wonders Advent Calendar £38
There are 6 full sizes products in this one, as well as the miniatures, making it worth the £38 alone!
The Boozy Ones
Definitely not for kids, lets get Christmas started properly. It’s up to you whether you open each day in the morning or evening. I won’t judge…..
Absinthe Advent Calendar 2015 £134.95
24 sample sizes of Absinthe. That’ll certainly make you feel festive!
The Botanical Ginvent Calendar £124.95
It’s educational! This calendar takes you on a 24 day journey through 23 botanicals, as well as a base gin to which each is added. That means in future you can identify the botanicals in Gin like an expert, instead of just knocking it back with tonic.
Beer Advent Calendar £95
24 bottles of seasonal British beer, plus a Christmas Day treat for those of you that don’t fancy spirits!
The Smelly One
Yankee Candle Advent Calendar £20
The Yankee Candle Advent Calendar feels like a twist on those old school Advent candles. You get a different fragranced tea light to burn each day in December.
The Chocolate Ones
It’s Chocolate, but far too nice to give to children!
Truffles for Two £26
If there’s just the 2 of you, then here’s an advent calendar to share (or eat all yourself)
I hope there’s something there to tickle your fancy! Every year the beauty ones in particular sell out super quick, so get them fast!
