I have to say I’m terribly proud of myself today.
I’d had a lovey spa afternoon yesterday, followed by some wine and lovely dinner at the Malvern Spa and I woke up all snuggly buggly in a big comfy bed with a view over the Malvern Hills.
I COULD have very easily stayed there all snuggly for half an hour with a cup of coffee before heading down for breakfast and taking a few more photos before we headed home.
But if I did that then I’d have to summon up the enthusiasm to somehow earn 500 fitness points in the dark when I got back to Norwich.
So instead I went down to the Hotel gym and used the cross trainer and treadmill.
How good am I?
I also got to watch a fascinating news story about the Bayeux tapestry while I was on the treadmill, so I learned something from the fancy touch screen gym equipment too.
I then dragged my sweaty self back up to the hotel room safe in the knowledge that I could be as lazy as I liked for the rest of the day.
I’ve even decided to write this on my phone in the car on the way home so that I can be ever lazier when I get home.
Yay for Janathon and still being sort of lazy.
