Scrambled, which I like with black pepper sprinkled on top off. Which is delicious on multigrain toasted bread.

An egg is the ultimate convenience food – I’m lucky enough to have friend who keeps 2 chickens and frequently provides me with fresh home produce. My favourite way is omelette with spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes. IIf I do say so myself I make a mean omelette lol

If I say “in pancakes”, is that cheating? Otherwise the only eggs I sometimes really crave are scrambled eggs, preferably on toast for that kick of nostalgia. Salt and butter obviously too – good stuff.

My dad likes em poached, my mum makes an omelette out of em. I prefer them at Easter time when they are made of chocolate!

I like them (microwave)poached, on toast, and topped with grated cheese – quick, easy and very satisfying.

I’m not a huge eggs-on-their-own fan, but a recent discovery is ‘banana scramble’ – eggs mixed with mashed bananas, ground almonds, cinnamon and vanilla essence – and scrambled just like scrambled eggs. Sweet, but good with bacon.

I love egg poached on toasted bread with spinach that has been cooked with Creme Fraiche and fried chorizo!!

My boyfriend is a chef and collects Michel roux books, my mans scrambled egg with truffle oil is my favourites!

Either scrambled with thick granary toast and masses of butter, or fried with lots of chips to mop up the yolk!

I like them poached (in the microwave, I am lazy) on toast with sea salt sprinkled on top 🙂 such a satisfying breakfast, pretty healthy, and leaves me full for ages 🙂

I absolutely love poached eggs when they’re done right. However, I can’t cook them, and so I normally go for scrambled (still delicious!)

I like eggs scrambled with finely cubed halloumi, spring onions and tomatoes. Not too unhealthy, but lots of different textures.

Has to be scrambled for me, I hate fried egg and not too keen on boiled eggs. You can’t beat scrambled eggs on toast with a little salt and pepper and a dash of brown sauce haha 🙂 brilliant x

Hmmm…proper poached eggs are very good (as opposed to the ones in the pods…) but scrambled eggs, made just with good butter and salt and pepper are the best. No need for milk or cream no no.
