Mwahahaha! It’s the best holiday in the calendar, even if you don’t get a day off work.
Halloween is an excuse for parties staying in with a spooky DVD and a Halloween cocktail and generally not having any obligations to buy presents or visit people you only see once a year.
I’ve been looking forward to posting my Halloween outfit. So here is my pumpkin Halloween costume look. I’m not really dressed as a Pumpkin, more channeling essence of Pumpkin.

My hair is basically what my hair looks like when I wet set it and don’t brush it out properly, but I added a bit of backcombing to the roots to add more volume and structure so it didn’t drop throughout the evening. My make up I LOVE. I would wear my make up like this every day if people wouldn’t look at me like I was crazy. It’s a vivid shimmery green eyeshadow from Bourjois applied very heavily and Chanel Rouge Noir lipstick that I bought after a boozy lunch when it was trendy and is therefore now so old that it should really be in the bin. But it isn’t and I still wear it so I will probably die of some hideous lipstick induced disease very shortly.
But enough about me! On with the important bit of all the costumes that were sent in for my Halloween Blog Party! They were all amazing! Some people sent more than one, but I’ve chosen my favourite for the party. So come in, grab yourself some spooky punch and a plate of finger food and everybody meet…..

But I’m afraid the winner of the Halloween tat this year has to be Mabel, even though I’m terrified of spiders! She took a particular shine to the light up ghost and asked her Mummy to upload her costume so at least I know my tat will be truly appreciated!
